Could anyone recommend a home inspection service? We just made an offer on a home in TVs. Please send the recommendation in a private message. Thanks.

not affiliated with any realtors or the villages - independent! but more than familiar with the homes built by the villages developer! - that was most important to us!

I used Tom and he does a great inspection. He went back and checked some issues he found at no charge to me. Great inspection and report and great guy to do business with.
