We are in Pennecamp and nearing our 1 year warranty deadline. Our neighbor mentioned he used A&A Home Inspection Services. We had Walt Asbach, the owner, come and he did such a detailed inspection--very impressive. He went over everything afterwards and wrote it all up, and turned it in to the Warranty Dept, including pictures. A couple days later the various contractors started to call to set up appointments to do the repairs. We didn't have to do anything. Early after moving in, we saw some things and had those repaired, but we had no idea of the other things that Walt found. That was the best way I could have spent $150. Walt was the most economical and extremely thorough. He saved me from headaches later on.
For anyone interested in seeing the true condition of their house while still under the 1 year warranty, I would not hesitate to suggest Walt @ 352-391-5800.
