I recently had HomeShine preform a soft wash on my siding, as well as a roof wash and driveway cleaning. They did such a fantastic job that I wanted to post a recommendation for them. Husband and wife team (Steve and Beth) were so fantastic (and super friendly). My house looks brand new. I had discoloring on my driveway pavers and my roof had stains which they made look like new!!

They will come out and do a free estimate.

If your roof is less than 10 years old, check out the Certainteed 10-year algae stain warranty. They may clean your roof for free. Note that cleaning the roof is way more expensive than cleaning the exterior walls and driveway.

Great advice! Unfortunately my roof is over 10 years old. Not even sure who the shingle manufacturer was. Nonetheless it looks great now. The price I got included all the work, so I'm not sure how much was just for the roof portion.

Have they just recently relocated down here? HomeShineFL dot com (with the same phone number you put in) shows a business in Vermont.
