Who would you recommend? I researched the question on this site and Frank D was pretty unanimously recommended. Pretty impressive. However, almost everyone also says that he's always booked. In one of Frank's own responses from a while back, he said he needs a week or more lead time.

So in the event Frank is booked when I call him tomorrow, do any of you have experience with another inspector you're happy with? Thanks.

If you knew Frank is going to be out a few weeks why did you wait until the last minute? I'm not being a smart as_, just wondering why.

Frank was unavailable when we needed him. However, he recommended Tom Comer tel (352) 323-5715. We’ve since used Tom on two occasions and found him to be very thorough.

Thank you for caring, Vintageogauge. I found out Frank is booked a week out when I researched inspectors TODAY and got an executed contract yesterday. Far be it from me to procrastinate!

I just had Jeffrey Asbach 3527482008 he was great I had a few minor things, when I showed my handy man he said this guy is very good to catch these things, I’ve had 14 homes he’s the best and most thorough guy ever

We used Tom Comer too. He was great.
