I've sent a note to Jim Baumgartner explaining the situation and I'm hoping he is the "go to" guy who can solve the problem. It is frustrating being in Canada. We've already had one irrigation "expert" in, and the problem remains. As Bluedog and ajbrown have pointed out, experts don't always have the answers.

I don't want to impose on neighbours, but I think we're flooding them out! Also, our new birdcage is being thoroughly watered three times each Tuesday.
