Default Know a great British import car mechanic/shop?

I'm bringing my vintage Jaguar XK to TV, now that we are permanent residents, and would like to find a nearby qualified mechanic for this finicky car. All suggestions welcomed, but driving all the way to Orlando or Tampa in a machine that burns premium fuel and gets about 15 MPH is a solution I'd like to avoid.

Thumbs up Recommendation

There is a foreign car auto repair in Leesburg and they are great. Their name is "Auto Master" and number (352) 702-4809. They take care of all cars and I would think they would be great for British as they are British. I have taken our car to them for a few years and have never been disappointed. We have an American Car (Lincoln Town Car). Their prices have been really fair! When we go there are always a number of foreign cars waiting to be serviced. Good luck.

We too have used Auto Masters. If you do a search with that name you will see that many people have recommended them over the years.

We have a 2002 Jaguar VandenPlas and Automaster fixed it when no one else could. Tri County Auto on 441 is great for the routine maintenance but if you get into tricky Jag stuff Automaster in Leesburg is the place to go and he will call around and get you the best part on Jag parts. Saved us a bundle.
