Does anyone have a recommendation other than T&D for the work above?

Starting our first spring in TV and looking forward to the 'quiet time'.

T&D seems to have this market sowed up, but they also do an excellent job. They are efficient, clean, and get the job done in minimal time. I would not think of using anyone else.

I usEd Johnny Mellado as a contractor for changing a Lanai to a Florida room, getting a 30 x 50 birdcage built and overseeing the delivery of a very large swimspa that needed a large crane which lifted it over the house.
