Good luck with that. I had a lawyer in Boston settle a negligence case for me and he got 42% after everything.

You know this might seem like a joke to some, but when a doctor leaves you with a permanent scar, and also needing additional surgery, due to his own negligence....then, you'd see why I'm trying to get back at him. This was supposed to be a simple procedure to fix something in my heart. Oh, by the way, he treated me for his mess, (of course not blaming anyone....acting like it was nothing, and the same day I saw him, he left for India for 2 months, to work there.....and didn't tell me. Med mal is easy to find, you have many firms to choose from interview 4 or 5 see who U like

No, actually, my Cardiologist, (who I like) recommended this doctor, and he's part of the same practice.
