Default Need to move two pieces of furniture

Does anyone know of anyone with a truck that does small moves. I see furniture for sale on TOTV all the time and I wonder if I bought a sofa and chair how would I get it home.
Others must have the same problem.

One idea is that home depot rents a pickup truck for a couple of hours for $19.95. I've also seen people who advertise in the back section of the classified section of the Daily Sun that they will move items for you for a fee. Also on Craig's List Ocala you will see people advertising to move items for you.

Little John's Movers is very good and reasonably priced for small moves.
I've used them several times for one or two pieces and so have several of my neighbors. Just negotiate a price beforehand.

Little John's Movers is a moving company in Ocala, FL.

The Village Mover. Sorry don't have the phone number. Please note that it is Village MOVER, not movers.

From a previous thread:
Mike Collop, the Village Mover, works out of Fruitland Park, and his number is 352.751.2750.

We have used Village Movers but they charge a mimumum so we rent trucks from Home Depot at a fraction of the cost - usually an hour rental is $35.
A good deal or better yet make friends with someone who has a flatbed and do tradeoffs! Truck for a nice BBQ - good deal!
