We use Roberts Home Service. 352-321-7033. He was very professional, thorough and reasonable. He also offers a substantial discount on subsequent cleaning jobs.

Another vote for No Pressure...we’ve been using them for years for our driveway, sidewalk, lanai and exterior of the house. Excellent job.

I don't understand why you are hiring someone to wash a one story home. You can get a power washer from Home Depot or Lowes, hook it up to your garden hose and have fun on a hot day. This is not a tough thing for anyone to do and kinda fun too. Do I not know something?

No, you don't ever need to do it. My house is 4 years old, and I have never done it. But, I think I will do it soon.

Whoever you get to wash, make absolutely sure they do not use ANY bleach in the cleaning solution, unless your home is stucco. Bleach will cause vinyl siding to become chalky and, over time, get brittle.

Some folks are not physically able to do this kind of work. I guess you do not know something...….
