Egners. They are the best. Don't have number but they are in paper and phone book.

Call Jason - Nature's Way House Washing - (352) 989-7398. He's been taking care of washing a number of homes in our neighborhood for several years - we got on board with him soon after we bought our house. One person in the neighborhood coordinates getting a list of those who want their houses washed then schedules Jason to come out. Usually takes him several days to get them all done but he gives us good pricing since he has essentially zero travel time/deadheading between jobs.

He's always done an excellent job for us.

OK, now that's the kind of plan we all should have. Can you imagine our price negotiating power with a cooperative sysem of purchasing on power washing, lawn mowing, lawn care in general, or whatever else we need? Every village could do that. I'm going to suggest it to our newly formed neighborhood association in Sanibel. Thanks Bill.
