Pro-Plus Plumbing - Loren Nelson is terrific! In the past 3 weeks Pro-Plus Plumbing has replaced 3 hot water heaters for me (my home and 2 rental properties). I couldn't ask for better service or a more reasonable price. Check out his business on TOTV and note he offers a discount if you mention his ad.
Also, if you want to know how old your hot water heater is and it's not noted on the label, just google "how old is my hot water heater". Many of the heaters are beyond their expected life span and you certainly don't want to wake up or come home to a flood. He also changed out those water line valves beneath the sinks & toilets.

After extensive research I ended up going with the brand that had given great service to my tenants and to my own house. It is A.O. Smith; a company in business for well over a hundred years and noted for it's quality.
