Yes, thanks. I was just pointing out that the website that you were kind enough to post does not really give you the information. The only way to get the information IS to call.

Read this before you act as your own contractor. If a sub does not pay for material , or pay his workers a lien can be filed against the property by the supplier or the workers. http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr...a_lien_law.pdf

Great, so you pay a contractor say $2500 to do a job, thereafter, a lien pops up for $1500 for materiel great.

So now you have another issue to deal with, I'm glad I do most things myself,
but if I were older and unable I can look forward to all the scams

I found a fabulous guy to do the summer kitchen. It is being done in two weeks.
