My friend in the Villages looked for a long time for someone to install a garage door opener keypad after she locked herself out a couple times. She finally found someone who did this for her and he was great. Shows up when he says he will, does the job neat and clean, and takes as much time as you need to explain how it works and what you have to do to work it and take care of it. She isnt technical, in fact she doesnt even have a computer, so this was a big help. Sorry for the delay, I had to find out. $75 for everything. And she had a can of WD40 handy so he took care of oiling the parts of the door and just included that.

Silicone spray works well on the garage door rails. rollers, etc.

Thanks for this post. Called him yesterday as we are passing on a property today and he will meet my wife to install a keypad when she is there in a couple of weeks.
