Default Rubber Matting for Garage Floors

Has anyone had wall-to-wall rubber matting installed in their garage? Any recommendations?

Default Rubber matting

When we bought our house in NW Ga the previous owner had installed some. It was really pretty until cool weather came along and it lost its flexibility. By spring and the return of warm weather it was fine again. What happened to us was that as we drove in, it naturally scooted the mat in front of the tires and then returned it as we backed out. In cool weather it didn't return it, but stayed bunched up in the front of the garage. We finally got rid of it. I can't say that all of it is like that, but I would guess that none of it stays in place unless it's glued down, which would ruin the garage floor for any other type of covering in the future.

How easy is the swiss trac to clean? It looks like it is grooved? Seems like it would be a chore to clean. And how does it do with the car a/c water that drains after you park the car? Does it just sit there or does it get absorbed into the cracks between the plates?
