Ryan was here today and I can't say enough about this nice young man. He cameon a Sunday, didn't charge an arm and a leg, did the job quickly. Would recommend him to everyone.

Just had Ryan here to repair my garage door spring. The door would not open at all. He answered my call, was at the house in thirty minutes, and the repair took about thirty minutes. Not only did he replace the spring but he tightened a loose rain with new screws and stopped the squeaking noises. Highly recommend this man for his work and his manners. Price was reasonable as well.

Thumbs up Ryan Ocull Customer oriented.

I got home late on Friday could not close garage door. Called Ryan on Saturday morning and he was here within 30 minutes. He had to make two trips because did not have parts but had everthing fixed by Monday. Was honest and knew what was needed. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I joined this forum just to recommend him. We need more like Ryan.

I swear if he was there 3 minutes it was a lot. Since then I've had nothing but problems with my garage door opener. It would not close--as though something was blocking the sensors. One sensor was covered with sticky lubricant so I suspect he was not careful lubricating the track. Despite repeated visits from them, it would close for awhile, then eventually stop again. It vibrated so much the light cover would all but fall off. When I called again their exasperation with me was apparent in their voice. Their next suggestion was to replace my sensors. I'd had enough. I was considering just replacing the opener.

Today I called Ryan at 9am and by 940am my garage door opener is fixed. He knew just what to do. He suspected they did something to the load setting that caused the problem. But he checked everything--and redid the wiring, checked the load, tightened the sensors and for less than the cost of the "tune-up" I paid the other company for. My door sounds so much better. He really knows his stuff. And if I have any more problems he said he would come back no charge. I recommend to everyone that you call him first with any problems with your door or opener. You will not be disappointed. by the way, he said so called "tune-ups" are a waste of money, he recommended not to call unless you have a problem.

I agree totally, this young man came to my home on Christmas Eve at 6 PM to make a garage door repair so I could get my car out of the garage. You will not find many like Ryan !!!

If you can't reach Ryan, try his father, Jeff at Master's Touch, 352-216-0060. Both of these gentlemen are truly phenomenal.

Just another happy and highly impressed customer here. A few months ago, I called Ryan about our garage door's electric system not working. He was here in twenty minutes, and fixed it totally. Charged us a minimum amount only for a service call since the problem was 'minor' …..according to him!

Honest, reliable, responsive and fair. What a great person to do business with.

Default Ryan O'cull is the best!!!

Our garage door suddenly "died"... It wouldn't go up or down. I decided to surf TOTV and did a "garage door repair" search. As I was reading the posts, Ryan's name showed up repeatedly as the best around. Well, I called him today at 2pm, left a message, and got a return call 10 mins later. He asked me what the problem was, what my address was and told me he would be there in 20 mins. He got here right on the nose, was friendly, clean cut, and went right to work. He found the problem, fixed it, and charged us $55 for a service call. Folks if anyone has garage door issues, this is your go-to guy. I will never use anyone else. He's "Ryan O'cull Garage Doors 352-617-0522.

We discovered a spring had broken on our garage door overnight about an hour ago and I called Ryan. He showed up in 45 minutes from the time of my call and the door is now fixed. He replaced both springs on the door which made sense to me from a probability perspective, if one broke after 12 years, the chances of the other one breaking "soon" seemed pretty good. Anyway, excellent friendly service. Since I didn't have the luxury of being able to shop around I can't comment on whether it was an especially good price or not, but it didn't seem unreasonable, so color me a satisfied customer.
