Can you imagine? What class, huh? I called back and told him how inappropriate that call was and I would NEVER be returning to that salon...don't worry!! I paid between $87-$125 per service with $15-$20 tips. At Christmas, I gave my stylist an $80 bonus tip. On top of all of this I see this morning my hair cut is GROSSLY uneven!!! I wish I'd never left a tip!!!!!!!!!!

WARNING: DON'T GO TO SALON CHIOMA!!!!
It may have been a bad cut on purpose to insure that you don't come back.

You are all so ignorant and never got the point! I wasn't going to go there anymore as I wasn't satisfied. What I was sounding off about was the manner in which Michael treated me. I have never been anything but polite there.
THEY did away with the 20% off about 2 years ago...so obviously you don't go there......

Don't worry...every DOG has it's day......karma is a B as they say.

Really calling everyone ignorant? This is turning into the Designing Women episode called "Julia get her head stuck in a fence"

Thank you for the update, I cancelled my appointment. A real shame, I was looking forward to the FREEBIE and Chin Chin.

Wow !!! This is just getting down right nasty & personal.
I don't think everyone needs to be called ignorant.
Maybe time to stop posting on this thread.

I thought the issue was that Michael DIDN'T "treat you". That Ray spoke to you rather than Michael.

The 20% is still in effect...at least I was given it a couple months ago.

I was given the 20% off rather recently when I referred a new neighbor.

If I owned my own business and a customer talked to me the way you have, and was repeatedly "not satisfied," I would be glad to send you somewhere else too.
Attitude is everything and politeness and courtesy have not gone out of style.
What is interesting is that not 1 single poster here has agreed with you. Food for thought!

I think we have another poster to tickle our funnybones.

Let it go.

They'll ruin the business on their own, or they'll make it work on their own.

Many hairdressers are moody and always in "drama" mode. One of the best I had did great work, between divorces and re-marriages after only a few weeks of being divorced. I left after divorce number 4.

No drama mode at this salon except for the occasional customer. Great service and great color and style. Drama is out the door!

I have been going to another stylist at Salon Chioma for about 2 years. I have always been treated respectfully and professionally. I too would have let you leave and then call you at home. If your rant on here was anything like what happened at the salon, I would say that you were handled professionally. I'm sure that the other customers did not want to be subjected to your scene as I find my time there to be a peaceful part of my day. Since you are so upset by all of this, why wouldn't you just go elsewhere? I don't understand the need to wish them out of business. Just don't patronize them. You could have warned others of your bad feelings about your hair without resorting to a rant.
By the way, Michael does read TOTV.
