Hi, has anyone have or heard of " Service Smart Lawn " they are currently running practically a full page add in the Daily Sun Newspaper.
The advertised prices for Courtyard Villas appear to be very reasonable. Any comments would be welcome. |

I have had nothing but problems with them trying to get service!! Soon I am going to have to resort to filing a claim against them.

oh my, we have used Service Smart at both of our villas and we've been very happy with them and they are easy to contact and the workers I've met seem very nice.

I would stay away,I had them for 3 months and they did a terrible job.Did not show up for over 3 weeks .Lawn looked worse than it ever had,and then I had to keep calling to obtain my refund. Switched to Stellar a month ago, and my lawn looks better already.

We use Service Smart for everything. Started with Inside/Outside Pest Control along with lawn, tree and shrub treatments 2-1/2 years ago. Recently added Lawn Service and Tree Pruning. They are extremely responsive to any needs. If I see a small ant or any small fungus on a shrub they are out right away. They have great customer service!

For those that remember Once A Year Lawn and Pest Control, just know that Service Smart is owned by the same person - Kenny Smith. Unfortunately, it appears to use the same business practices as Once A Year did. If you are not familiar with Once A Year, do a SEARCH in TOTV and be prepared to read a lot.

We arrived 3/6 and left early 3/12. During that short period, someone came to our door twice and approached us another two times when the garage door was up. They may have wonderful service and that I can't address, but we felt harassed. The final time as we were packing the car to head to the airport, we told the gentleman we would need a services similar to what he had to offer, but not one with the high pressure tactics. We told him we were going to sign a contract with Deans. His reply was "you have more money than brains".
