This company always has an ad in the paper and because of that I called them for solar shades. The original guy that came out and gave me a quote for my solar shades seemed nice enough and promised me the blinds in 4 weeks. Well 6 weeks into the process and after many calls by me and false promises by them I finally had the blinds installed. I then decided I wanted an additional blind for another window and called and placed the order with a new sales rep who promised excellent customer service. I have now called her 4 times because I believe the original measurements are wrong and it is like pulling teeth to get someone to respond let alone come out here to address the issue.

So to make a long story short I would recommend you steer clear 'cause I don't think the left hand knows what the right hand is doing and it's a lot of aggravation for something as simple as a solar shade.
