Looking for an economical but trustworthy contractor to remove a patch of shrubs from my front yard and lay down a 14‘ x 10‘ rectangle of concrete tile. Nothing fancy needed.
Thanks in advance, Doug |

FYI, better get ARC approval as it will probably tick some troll off and they will turn you in.

I am not a troll. But if you did this without ARC approval I would if I were your neighbor.

OP, what you propose is about 2.5 cubic yards of concrete, not including any footers, and for that size I think you need footers, which will probably put you into the 4 cubic yards of concrete. IMHO, not a small project.
As noted above, this is a modification OUTSIDE of your house, and requires ARC approval, please make sure you get this. Your contractor will need to get any other permits. Also, you need to relocate any irrigation lines in this area, you are NOT allowed to have active water lines under a concrete slab. You would be best to call 811 to have any underground facilities located so these can be shown on your sketch to ARC. If you are not in a hurry, try T&D.

Bingo! Sounds like the OP just wants landscape pavers. I would call Jason Schmidt Landscaping.
