I'm sure Sweetbay management is sorely disappointed. From the largest and best grand opening of any Sweetbay store to not enough busness to keep a mom and pop store alive from the looks of the parking lot. Don't know why, but it just doesn't seem to be getting business. It really is a shame because it is a good store and has great produce.
Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised to see it close this store, especially if Sweetbay is looking for a "hit list" of poor performers.

I really like Sweet Bay- beautiful store, nice staff, well stocked, etc., but I think it is pricey..
For me, it is so convenient; however, I rarely buy everything on my list at Sweet Bay when I know there are other stores with the same things for less. I've noticed many times, there are people like me checking out with just a few items because it is so convenient to the surrounding area and you don't have to go to 466 or 441. Hopefully, the snowbirds' arrival will keep it busy and alive. I am looking forward to Fresh Market - I am certain that will have an impact on all of the local grocers.

Thank you one and all for the more than necessary information you gave me about Sweetbay Store Hours! I did get some straight answers and got a few laughs along the way.
To put my two cents in..I just love Sweetbays. Clean friendly very good meat and decent prices as well..Hope we dont lose them...Laura
