We now have two Toyotas. We have been servicing our Tacoma at Phillips in Leesburg and they are excellent. We just bought a Prius from there and they will service it as well. Very reliable and nice people.

We have a 2010 Prius and have been taking it to Phillips in Leesburg. Had to have something done just after the warranty ran out and they repaired it under the warranty because we had been there for the issue before it ran out. I wasn't expecting that. I thought for sure that I was going to have to pay. The dealership we used in VA was great and it's really nice to find another that we feel we can trust here. I'm pretty sure when we are ready for a new car we will be going to Phillips.

I bought my 2013 Toyota Camry SE from Phillips Toyota last year. Never had it serviced there only because I was up in Connecticut whenever the car needed its periodic maintenance, 5K, 10K, and recently 15K miles. They treated me very well with the sale experience and would not hesitate to bring my car back there for service when needed, and possible future sales!!

I've used both. My experience is that the Phillips service department is head and shoulders above the service department at deLuca.

And the buying experience is a lot better at Phillips also.

If you buy a service plan, it's included, but nothing is free.

This is exactly the way I feel about the Ocala dealer. I will never enter their building again, for any reason. I purchased a new car from them and have received nothing but bad treatment. Haven't been to the Leesburg dealer but will be going there when I need anything for my new Toyota.

Went to Michael's Auto Repair in Fruitland Park for an OLF, and he said, "Phillips is a good dealership that will treat you right".

Will buy a Toyota Camry from them, later this year.

I am that over cautious car owner I think because when I was a kid I always had clunkers and my car always broke down .... I have never been to Deluca Ocala but when I went to Philips Leesburg the first time after moving here I had a laundry list ... they did what needed to be done...handed my list back with slashes through most of it telling me that they checked everything on my list and it did not have to be repaired...only general service...I almost passed out as that has never happened to me before ever. Very honest !!!

Also bought a Camry from Phillips. Very happy with their service but bring a book because you will be there for some time while your car is serviced.

I've been to both Phillips and Deluca. I also had a recall notice and called Phillips. They would not give me an appointment, but told me to come in anytime, and my car would be serviced on a first come, first serve basis. The recall would take 90 minutes, but they could not tell me how long I would have to wait before they would start the work. Then I called Deluca. They gave me an appointment time at my convenience. I was in the waiting room exactly 90 minutes, and you can get a manicure while you wait. Next year when they open their new showroom they will also offer massages.

I have been driving for 50 years. First time ever a car dealership would not give an actual appointment time, so if it works for the rest of the country, why not Leesburg? It is more then time spent in the waiting room. It is the management's attitude of how to treat their customer. Of course I know repairs could take longer then expected, but I could be waiting at Phillips for hours before they even start the actual repair.

Go around lunchtime to Phillips and eat at Cedar River Seafood while you wait.
