We used The Tree Barber and should have suspected anyone who doesn't show an address and works off a 617 area code cell phone only. He made all sorts of promises that he didn't deliver on. He did damage and although he advertises insured...he refused to pay even though he admitted doing the damage. Beware when using him. I went to Seniors vs. Crime and he kept telling them he would settle with me "tomorrow"...he never did and after four attempts they too gave up. I am one unhappy camper.
