We have replaced Purple Fountain Grass, Japanese Blueberry Tree and the Bamboo in March. I have had no knowledge that you are loosing 100 gal. a day, I wish you would have called.
If this will make things better, send us the bill from this other contractor (740 County Road 466, Lady Lake, Florida 32159), and we will pay a portion. This is a very damaging post, and that's not who we are. We believe in customer satisfaction and stand behind everything we do. Our customers are our voice in the community and to see this post was shocking for all of us at Village Palms. A simple phone call to us could of resolved this situation rather then venting in such a public forum without even notifying us of your problem. Please know we would love to solve your issue, but we need to know there is one. Thank you to our loyal satisfied customers we appreciate you.
And now..............we have the rest of the story.

Sorry for being a new person to this forum. Did not know that was criterion. As stated by Village Palms, "we have been there 5 times just for the bubbling brook", so it is not a case I was not in contact with them asking for a solution. The feature loses enough water in 12 hours to expose the pump. Pump has been turned off since early July, to conserve water, until a fix can be implemented. I apologize to this forum that if after numerous calls, unsatisfactory performance, and no follow-up if the issue was corrected, I thought a post to this forum was appropriate to my fellow Villagers.
