I spoke to Tom a few days ago about installing Comcast in our new home in Pine Ridge when we move in on the 28th. Being a former computer tech I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of the questions I asked. Comcast here in Ohio is not very well liked but not because of the service itself but because of their customer service and billing. Knowing that someone like Tom is installing the system puts my mind at ease.

I am also having a hard time reaching him. Will not return my calls for a week now. I just want an installation. Does anyone know of someone else who will install an attic anntena?
