Highly recommend Rafael's Flooring. They replaced a friends Patio Villa carpets in Shady Brook and our entire manufactured home in Silver Lake.

Super Professionals. He used to be in business with Roberto's but it has his own now.

The Floor Shoppe did our flooring for the builder.
We used them to replace the carpet in our bedrooms with the vinyl plank.

My experience with The Floor Shoppe on 301 in Oxford was profoundly bad. I will most assuredly not be using them in the future.

This August we replaced the original carpet in two of our bedrooms with LVP. We closed on the home in May so there was nothing to move.

Nickel Tile, of Lake Sumter Landing, TV did the work, the job took only one day. Also, note that the original LVP product code used by the builder is available to contractors so Nickel simply looked up the material for my address and arrived with the correct matching material.

Bob whatever you do don't use Robertos. Had a real bad experience with them and would not wish it on anyone. Like you I did the research. They came highly recommended BUT DID NOT LIVE UP TO THE HYPE they may have earned early on. My opinion AVOID AT
ALL COSTS. Not to be trusted.

I’m ready to rip out my LVP and install engineered hardwood. I don’t like the feel of the LVP.

We used Roberto's and were very happy with their work. They removed baseboards, replaced them and painted them. When they were leaving, a woman arrived to schedule our free cleaning. That sure was a pleasant surprise!
