Has anyone had a good or bad experience with a water filtration company? The water tastes bad and is so hard here. We want to look into getting this service.

Where do you live? The water in the north side is really good.

I live in Summerhill on the north side, but our water has a bad taste and it leaves a black residue in our sinks and toilets. It also is very hard and requires alot of extra detergent to get things clean.
