Default Weed Control When Not Here Who Do You Use?

I’m looking for a company to spray for weed control during our abscence from our Court Yard Villa. We have all crushed stone no grass at all. I got a quote from someone who would come by every other week to spray but their price is high at $50 per month. I think once per month would be enough for spraying. Who are you using to spray for weed control any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Before you leave spray the weeds with round-up or equivalent and then sprinkle a layer of Preem pre-emergent all over you stone it will kill the vegetation as it appears. You should be weed free until you get back.

We will be leaving in mid April and due to some family issues probably won’t be able to return until late December. Will the Preem pre-emergent last that long?

Have your home watch spray when they stop by. As long as we have product they take care of all the weeds on weekly visit

Roundup 365 supposedly can last up to a year. At Ace Hardware, they said it might not because we get so much rain in the summer. It's about $35 for a large container with a sprayer attached. It is supposed to work through stones.

It is fine to spray the weeds but what you wont get are the ones that have not sprouted. I use choice maintenance and they come once a month and pull the weeds. They are very reasonable. 352-502-2880

I don't know of any home watch companies here that will spray for weeds as part of their service. In addition, I believe the Florida Department of Agriculture requires a certification to perform that service.
