BEWARE of Wesley Berry Flowers

I ordered some flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. First of all the prices they quote in their ads are not quite accurate. You think your buying an arrangement of flowers, but it doesn't include the vase. So by the time you add in a vase, your $39 arrangement is now to around $46. Then they ask if you would like a balloon to go along with the arrangement, which I ordered for an additional $3.50 or so. It turned out to be about the size of a large lollipop. Didn't look like a balloon to me at all.

I ordered my flowers and requested that they be delivered on Feb. 14th. On the 13th my wife and I went out all day. When we got home I saw this long box sitting at the front door. When I opened it, there was a vase at the bottom of the box, then the arrangement of flowers, and a card that was not in an envelope. So this box of unassembled flowers was sitting outside in the sun all day. As a result the leaves were all wilting, and flowers did not have those little vials of water on their stems, so the flowers were wilting.

It was a total disaster. We sent them an email yesterday and still haven't heard back from them. So I started to look their name up on the web, and found nothing but very negative things about the company. I wish I had vetted them a little more before I ordered my flowers from them.

Steer clear of that company.

It's the thought that counts! I'm sure your wife appreciated the gesture.

We also appreciate you sharing your experience. You will have saved someone else from being equally disappointed.

Some businesses do not realize that the first impression they make may be their last! Also a customer who feels he got lousy service will tell others and that business has therefore made a lousy impression on many others, as well.

Hope your Valentine's Day was great, in spite of the florist.

Hope you used a credit card for the purchase - put the charge in dispute.
