Default Window seal problem - repair or replace

So one window seal is broken and the window is fogged up.
Never had this happen in my lifetime, so it's a new one to me.
Warranty is expired, the home is well over 10 years old.
Online research says repair or replace, makes sense.

Anyone with experience in this care to comment or make a suggestion? Thanks.

I do not know if repair is an option, however there have been several threads in the past concerning replacement windows. If you can find out the original manufacturer, I would contact them an see if they might have a discounted rate for replacement. You MIGHT be able to have the glass portion replaced (I did this back up North), but have no experience here, so I cannot make any recommendations.

I would replace with new for the warranty, as once the glass has a leak, its starting to rust/corrode the window frame as well.
