Yeah. Lot of that goin' on. Even in those fancy big cities on the East Coast. I saw it in movies. Yes. There it is. Right. Agree.

So WHAT?

I see your moonshine and raise you PCP. They rip off their clothes and bite people.

She is an intelligent, hard working young woman who got where she is at through her efforts. But that's not supposed to be possible, minorities in this country are denied this type of opportunity regardless of how hard they try.
She must be a lot of fun to work with.

Missed the mark again with the facts. The moonshiners were not racing each other they were racing to outrun the people chasing them to arrest them for breaking the law.

While thank goodness the noose wasn't aimed at Bubba, everything else in the article I posted to start the thread...sadly still applies.

Your opinion is flawed. Racism doesn't prevent success, but it can make it extremely harder. Even a successful person of color still faces racism every day. There are many white people who do not face racism, yet do not achieve well in life. Trying to put on correlation between racism and success is incorrect.

Well more fake news. BLM buddy Bubba's noose turns out to be another lie to get attention. What a joke. Does Bubba apologize? At this moment he is continuing his BLM hate on national tv.

While that's not true in this case, given the plethora of cases from particular entities where it IS true...I do believe you when you say you're familiar with the practice.

The greatest enemy of the people is the people trying to divide each other. This will be the countries downfall.
Respect one another.
Love one another.
Accept one another. -That’s the hardest one.

You can disagree with a persons view, but still respect, love and accept each person and as a whole. Carry this with you even on the smallest of actions. - that my moto.
(moto: A motivational speech or situation)
If more people did this.. wow could you imagine our world?!
But that takes a lot of learned “understanding” on each persons part.

Too many rats in the cage at this point in history. It's division sure but it's also just hate, frustration, hunger etc. Put too many of anything in a small area and they'll whittle their own numbers down.
I'm confident the chaos will become far worse and more frequent. I'm not forecasting the EOW but it's going to get plenty ugly in so many ways here very soon. You ain't seen nuthin yet as they say.

It's not true in this case? tee hee

Here is excerpt from the link in OP

Sunday night marked a tipping point for NASCAR. Sunday night, the series disclosed that someone had left a noose — the symbol of this nation’s original sin, the undeniable message of intimidation, a sign so cruel and cutting it defies imagination — in the garage stall of Bubba Wallace, the Cup series’ lone Black driver.

Nobody left a noose, the rope pulldowns with loop knots have been there at least since 2017.

It seemed a relic from an earlier era, a time of black-and-white Civil Rights photographs, where casual racism was as evident as the cruelty on the faces of people who would grow up to be the grandparents of some of today’s NASCAR fans.

There was no "relic" just a simple loop knot which most of the garages at Talladega have.

And, for a NASCAR garage, it seemed all too believable. There’s your tipping point right there. Whether this was done as intimidation, or prank gone wrong, or any of a dozen other reasons ranging from stupidity to conspiracy, it seemed absolutely logical that someone associated with NASCAR would stoop to the lowest, most cowardly, most despicable act possible short of actual violence.

Sorry, no tipping point, FBI concluded it was not racist intimidation. Somebody from Nascar did stoop to the lowest, most cowardly, most despicable act. His name is Bubba Wallace. He is still claiming this is a racist hate crime.

Puhleeze just stop obfuscating, spreading lies and implying that HE thinks...it was directed at him.

Because he's not.

Here's what he actually said...and he is absolutely correct.

Start Engine Here

Quote:
“I’ve never seen anything like it,” Wallace said. “Whether it was tied in 2019 or not, whenever, it was a noose.

It wasn’t directed at me, but somebody tied it.”

Wallace said he is angry with people who are claiming the noose claim was a hoax.

1. It WAS a "noose" (found and reported by someone else)...not just a run-of-the-mill "loop."

2. Nooses have historically been used to try and intimidate black people, due to their association with the horrible and disgusting history of lynching blacks (where bringing the kids and picnic lunch was often done), sometimes for the simple 'allegation'... of just looking at a white woman.

Nooses are still left/found all over this country in public places...for the sole purpose to try and intimidate blacks.

How come you, and so many others, are not outraged...or disgusted with THAT?

No answer expected or needed...of course.

Nooses used to intimidate blacks

From Segregation To Today: How The Noose Is Used To Intimidate African Americans
If you're really interested in "HATE," start looking in the right place...which isn't from the noose incident.

It's mostly coming from the white people who are livid that the confederate flag has been banned at NASCAR events and that Bubba's Richard Petty car DARES to have a...BLACK LIVES MATTER wrap on it.

Maybe what NASCAR really needs to start doing with their fans, and others...is to start handing out mirrors?
