I was trained by the police departments trainer several years in a row and we were told never to leave a person on their stomach as you are restricting their ability to breath. If they are cuffed in this position you get them on their side as soon as possible and have them sit up. It is dangerous to have a person in that position for any length of time.

That exact technique is taught in their police training and is in their handbook...

Baltimore announced yesterday that they will no longer prosecute people for minor crimes such as pickpocketing, shoplifting, drugs, minor assaults, prostitution etc etc.. Too many minorities were filling up the jails. And that is discrimination.

Yet, another trial by riot. There is no one in the country, potential juror that does not know if Chauvin is found innocent of all charges we will have riots. If he is found guilty of lesser charges, we will have riots.

The drugs Floyd was on were given to WWII German soldiers. It not only closes down normal fear but suppresses normal moral behavior, not wanting to cause pain to others.
