Hate crimes include intimidation. I mean - I can jump down the rabbit hole and come up with the exact laws, definitions, and statutes, but I'm a senior, my lifespan is limited, and I'm not in the mood to do your homework for you. If you want more information, check case law, state general statutes, federal law, and local regulations with regards to hate crimes and discrimination based on religion.
