Also, who decides what is disinformation or what studies and/or opinions everyone should follow? Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and this isn’t a communist country where the government or a private company decides what they want you to believe in, and other opinions are censored with threats of charges and imprisonment. At NO point did I suggest that the government decide. I said, charge them with the crime of intentionally spreading false information that is known to result in people dying.

The charge is the key phrase, then have a trial and let the jury decide if there is sufficient evidence that they intentionally spread information that resulted in deaths.

That IS American, innocent until PROVEN innocent.

I have to ask, why are you so opposed to charging people with the crime of yelling fire in a theater?

Who decides what is disinformation???? Charging people with crimes because they voiced their opinion or choose to believe in studies that the government or some other entity disagrees with? 😮 What exactly is the charge? You do realize that it is the government that charges people, right? Yelling fire in a crowded theater isn’t the same as voicing an opinion that you might not agree with, and you want to charge people that don’t agree with you? You most certainly did suggest that the government decide as it's the GOVERNMENT that will charge someone with a crime...
