Really? How many vaccinated people have had Covid and then had a reinfection? I haven't heard of any other than maybe that golfer but then that is even suspect.

Well the tables have turned. It's your turn now. Stay home, or get sick. Your choice. I'm going to live my life how I see fit. I'm vaccinated.
This 1000 times.

Do you not believe your own words? I don't know where you got that 5% from but let's run with it, since you're the one who stated it.

If you are in that 5% who gets Covid after being vaccinated, then - you can "still get Covid, but it just won't be as bad."

I'm not sure how that's a bad thing. Sounds like a vaccine that's doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Reduce risk, and if you are unfortunate enough to beat the odds and get sick anyway, it reduces the severity.

95% is Pfizer’s stated effective rate. That’s where the 5% comes from… The CDC states a breakthrough rate of .007%. Yet it is becoming more apparent that the actual breakthrough rate is much higher. So now the narrative has changed from - if you’re fully vaccinated you can’t get Covid, to - well yeah, you can still get it, but it won’t be as bad…
We are still learning about these vaccines, but that’s not uncommon during a trial…

Even the fully vaccinated may need booster shot after 7 months or so from 2nd shot.

WSJ:
Immunity against the coronavirus is waning in people who were fully vaccinated with the shot made by BioNTech SE and Pfizer Inc. PFE 0.31% in January because of the rapidly spreading Delta variant, BioNTech’s chief executive said, confirming data that emerged from Israel last week.

But even as antibody levels are dropping seven months after immunization among some vaccine recipients, most of them will remain protected against severe disease and might not yet need a third dose, according to Ugur Sahin, CEO of the German company that invented the vaccine and partnered with Pfizer to develop the product for the global market.

“The antibody titers are going down,” Dr. Sahin said, referring to the unit of measurement for antibodies against the virus. “The vaccine protection against the new variant is considerably lower.”

Fully vaccinated people continue to be well protected against severe disease and death, even with Delta, but so-called breakthrough cases, where a person gets infected despite being fully vaccinated, are on the rise. Because of that, many experts continue to advise caution, even if fully vaccinated. - Web MD

The media/govern needs a smoke screen to what is really going on in this country. If they really care about the virus they wouldn't let untested illegals walk into our country and then just keep sending them throughout our country, at taxpayer expense. Control.

1. They hate DeSantis. Anything to make him look as bad as Cuomo.
2. Talk about hospitalizations, NOT cases.
3. Still haven’t been told what sensitivity test are set at. 10,20,30,40,50, etc . At 10 the whole country is positive at 50 only really sick people.
Unusual how how warm climates have surge in warmer months. More time indoors to escape heat. In the north surges in late fall and winter.

I don’t think the American people will put up with the lock down, masking mentality again.

Fool me once….. come on guy!
