That sounds good if people could simply get tested because they want to travel and visit, but that is not the case in most places. Tests are still limited (and not all tests are accurate) and only available to people who are referred by their health care providers because they are showing multiple Covid symptoms. We have a beach house rented in Maine this summer, but the Governor of Maine requires 14 days of quarantine from out of state renters unless we show proof of a test that says we are Covid negative. The problem is that we can't get a test, its not that simple.

That might not be for another year.

There's reasonable concern, and there's obsessive paranoia. I won't be waiting for a vaccine. Especially since there are so many people who refuse to get vaccinated for ANYTHING these days.

Personally, I would not like to be the last dead soldier in the war.

That is a great statement. If Clint Eastwood reads this, he may use your comment in a new movie.

I'm good for another year..Trouble with family visiting from up north is trying to entertain them, especially grand kids... usually Disney, Sea world, movies, fun zone etc. We still aren't going to restaurants ( take out OK) and still avoiding crowds...So if it takes another year i'm good with that and they are also...to each his own...
