Cool stains in driveway

I had rust stains in my driveway from applying fertilizer. What worked for me is a product called "iron out". I got it in a drug store. It is really a product primarily for removing rust stains from clothing. I mixed up a batch (it is a powder) used a brush to scrub it and hosed it off. Voila no more stains.

Its a good idea to blow the fertilizer off the driveway, sidewalk, stepping stones, etc. after applying. Its the iron that is making the stain.
