Default Safe Sliders

I just came across this site and was wondering if anyone had these slider locks installed.

I bought this at Home Depot and installed it (woman in her 60s) with no problems.

I have these installed also, my sliding doors ay have been a slightly different design, than above, as mine were binding when I went to close the doors. Reinstalled and no problem. One word of caution, the set that I bought had screws that we 1/16 inch too long, and had I used these without checking the depth to the glass, I probably ould have damaged the glass when I went to tighten these.
The house has CWS sliders (from Romac), 2013 vintage.

I bought it also from Home Depot and installed it myself. The directions were not very clear but I found a You Tube video on how to do it and had no problem.

I agree completely with the directions not being clear, that is an understatement.

I have this lock on my sliding glass door. I locked my self out of the house. I called the glass door co. They sent a guy out and he had the door open in 5 minutes. Hopefully the bad guys don't know how to do it.

I have them and the stick in the door. There are also U hooks that go on patio doors...sold by some locksmiths. We got our last ones in Punta Gorda, fl but I'm sure others must have them....they work...even we can't get in when we forget our keys now.
