Susan, I'm good but not sure I could handle all of them boys!!!! I'll stick with Mr. April.

HB, you're welcome. Haven't gone to any sales since you left. Jess seems to be set and there's really nothing I need right now. I'll go with you guys when you're down here -- much more fun. And could you two hurry up and get back where you belong? sheesh!!!

Hmmm, strange. I have my own personal in-house Fireboy and he doesn't look like the Houston fire fighters either! But I bet he did 30 years ago!

On the other hand, except for 20 lbs, cellulite and a ton of wrinkles, I look exactly like I did 30 years ago. Haha. Yeah, right, and pigs can fly.

Thanks VK. But those days of flat bellies and dancing until 3 am are long gone. Now we have to depend on our "inner beauty"!

I swear I just love all of you. Where else can you go to be instantly cheered up when you are physically all alone in a room and yet not alone at all?

Red, Great taste!
HB, thanks I hadn't noticed.
Bare I totally agree about inner beauty, I sure hope it shows, cause the pigs are flying at my house too.
VK, looking forward to knowing you.

And the list could go on...

I think we could dance every night for a month until 3 AM and our bellies wouldn't get any flatter. > Of course eating hamburgers during the day might just have something to do with it! Unless we have a famine of some sort, flat bellies aren't likely to happen. Especially with 72 restaurants in TV.

Bare If I understand you correctly - if we eat something that is flat like a hamburger our bellies will not automatically turn flat? >

Oh well another Urban Myth goes down the drain.

This is true HB! But you'll be relieved to know it is also true .... if you eat standing up at the kitchen counter, the calories don't count.
And if you eat really, really fast; the exercise you get from chewing and swallowing burns off the calories in anything you eat. Particularly effective with Hagen Daz icecream.

Ahhh brain freeze. The effort to recover from that alone, should render ice cream, calorie free.

Bare did you know if you put a crouton on top of the ice cream it turns it into a salad. Remember salads are very healthy and you should have five portions a day.

Please keep passing along these very valuable secrets. Now I know how to have a flat stomach and how to eat without gaining an ounce.
