Default Ideal protein weight loss program
Can anyone give me their experience with this product. Is it a good thing and will it work for a 73 year old who has no will power of her own. Is it healthy? Will it help to work with nutritionist etc etc etc. sometimes it helps to be accountable to someone. HELP!

Being a person well-acquainted with diets! Weight Watchers is the "only" one that's healthy with accountability available. Best wishes with your endeavor! Oh...back to protein "diets"...you will eventually get tired of it and once you stop your weight will come back on! Guaranteed!
