Mine is an electronic one from weight watchers so it is suppose be pretty easy. It contains values for over 450 foods. I had Chinese with Beady tonight and my take out box weighs 533oz. Guess it is time to start reading the directions!! :dontknow:

:hot: I've been so good about changing my eating habits and I'm now down into the next "decade" of weight....over half way to my goal. So far, I've lost 20 lbs. with another 18 to go. :hot:

Keep posting all the pics of the goodies here so I can lick my screen like Samhass. My vivid imagination will take over and I'll be a happy camper.... 1rnfl

OK Bright, I am really inspired. You have done incredibly well, and obviously you are still very motivated. Good for you girl, keep it up! We'll all be cheering you on.

I've been really slothful since I left TV and came back to Canada, feeling sorry for myself, not exercising, and eating a lot of comfort food. Except now I don't feel comfortable at all, just bulky. I don't need to lose a whole bunch of weight, I just want to get a grip on my eating before I start adding dress sizes.

One of my problems is that I always want to lose 10 lbs a week .. I'm really into instant gratification. And then, as soon as I reach my ideal weight, I just abandon all common sense! And soon I need to diet again.

Starting today, I promise myself that I'm really going to get back to eating sensibly.

THANK YOU THANK YOU

I had dessert three times in the last two weeks. Each time it was worth every calorie. I did not have 20 or is it 40 desserts because of all of you. Part of my feels extremely good about this and the other part would have liked to try all the desserts.

I am trying to figure out how I can lose the weight from all the desserts I did not eat. If I ate the desserts I would have gained the weight. Any suggestions?

As for being thin, I do not want to wait a week like my Sistahs, the following morning is in my thinking. That to me would be the perfect time.

See you all soon. Finally free wifi and not a charge of 25 Euros for two hours.

Don't worry Chels, we won't rat you out to Curves!.

I hear that if they do ever find you, they'll make you do four circuits every visit instead of one. Run fast, Chels.

HB,
To not eat dessert in France is a sin! To diet in France is a mortal sin. To diet, is American, when in France do what the French do...eat everything, use small plates and walk it off.

Hope you are having a great time.

I am driving north by myself and with a little pug I can't leave in a hot car so.. it is all drive through food etc... He has panic attacks and barks too loud to leave in the hotel. This will put on a few lbs in the 3 day drive.
Then back to exercise and eating like Chel!!
