Tonight I gave myself the gift of Yoga with Caron and Jack.

OH very nice!! I was thinking about doing Yoga....some might say I need to loosen up a little....how long have you been doing it? Who are Caron and Jack?

It was actually snowing today in Canada. Yes, snowing!! Only temporary cuz it is going up to 54 degrees. Still, so scary,. looking out and seeing snowflakes. As Handie would say, I'm skeered.

Now I'm coming to TV very, very, very soon. Yay. :a040:

BARE? It is two minutes to five Friday Morning and I will hit the showers, We will put the kitties in the car and we are on the road to Paradise. Hugs and kisses to all..........................Peach? YOU picked one heck of a time to leave! Everyone. We're a comin'. Leave the lights on for us.

Caron and Jack Krier are a wonderful couple that teach through the college,she has a voice like silk. I have been taking classes since my Dr told me that it was one of the few things that I could safely do when my heart was on the fritz. It is soooo relaxing and is a weekly gift that I give myself. You would love it! They teach classes from beginner up to intermediate.

Thank you for this info! I will look into it...I would absolutely be a beginner though! LOL These are great things to do for ourselves.

I rejoined weight watchers and feel better one day later (it has to be the accountability).

I sat on the lanai with our visiting daughter and grandson, also Sweetie and Helene, and ate fresh donuts and drank coffee and discussed our plans to play shuffleboard, swim and play golf later in the day if the weather stays fair, or go to the movies and shop if it doesn't.

I was a first- time BUNCO player today and by the end of the ticket, my face was red, I was sweating.... NOT glowing or perspiring... good ole' American sweating,my right hip was locked and I will return in a week.
unfortunately, some players were rude and curt. Perhaps they forget about being first timers or they are savant.
most folks were helpful and patient. THANKS for the laughs and good luck.... even to the rude ones.:mademyday:

Proud to say I taped and labeled 20 boxes for my pending move to TV.

ODIE BUT GOODIE. THREAD STARTED APRIL 2008. :smiley:

I engaged an elderly gent in conversation as I saw him sitting alone. Turned out he is recently widowed and misses life a bit. He is supposed to meet me for coffee on Sunday. This felt so GOOD, it had to be for me.

Packed a few more boxes.. cleaned another closet here in Fort Lauderdale.
Each step gets me closer to putting the house on the market and moving to the Villages and thats a good thing

Played golf with dear friends. Doesn't' matter how we play, just that we were together enjoying each others' company! Three gentlemen completed our two groups, we were only 5 this week and they were so much fun ...laughing with us, sharing stories, enjoying a beautiful day.

Funny thing. So did I.

I am SO lucky.

Moving to The Villages in January. Made a commitment today to refuse to worry and have faith it will all work out!

I had my teeth cleaned, ate a nice cream cone, and bought a new purse! 😃

I woke up this morning. That's a good thing.

Life is great when your above the grass. :smiley:

Not taking my health for granted, so off to the gym!!!!!
