My wife and I played Walnut Grove yesterday, which has a number of long holes, especially from play Black Tees. We try to keep our shots low when hitting upwind and cross wind. Higher shots work well for downwind shots. It was a gas!

We played Southern Oaks Monday. The front 9 is directly across the turnpike from land currently being developed. With heavy crosswinds, it was sometimes difficult to even see the fairway due to all the blowing sand. It looked like and old fashioned blizzard. When we got home everything was covered in dust, including the golf cart, our phones, our clothes and even inside our ears. It was nasty!
