My goal when I moved here 10 years ago was to finally give the time, training and practice needed to play respectable golf.

I bought new clubs. I took many lessons from different instructors and then bought another set of clubs this time more expensive then the last set. I practiced I played and I took more lessons. finally I concluded I had all I needed to play respectable golf except one thing " the talent". so now I just play and have fun

If you go to the Golf Your Best website, golfyourbest.com, you can choose the tab that allows you to see a table of all of the prices for the different types of lessons. Compared to a number of other places, I found the rates quite reasonable.

That is exactly my situation. Now I play only for fun and relaxation. I never play with serious golfers, they scare me.

Me too. I play golf for fun. If there are exercises involved, for sure I'm not going to do them. That sounds like work. I already did work; now I'm retired. Drills, yes, but they have to have a club and a ball involved and be lots of fun.

Aah that is my main problem I learned to work I loved to work and I never really learned to play and so when I first began to play I made it work and it made me unhappy so then I re-imagined my thinking and called it having fun...have I confused everyone I'm confused

Makes perfect sense to me.
