That was my honest interpretation of the posts I read. If you believe that he/they are seriously mentally ill, and present a clear and present danger to others, I would recommend all parties try their best to not do anything that may aggravate the situation further. Meanwhile, someone familiar with the situation may need to take necessary steps for care and supervision of the mentally ill individual. I suggest also, no one play that hole. Then continue to do what you know you regularly fail at and try to fly the ball over his home and continue with the sport of pitching and moaning an arguing about what jerks everyone else is and how they are running you life and that they should move to accomodate you!
Or, just ignore him/them consider his yard a chasm from which no ball finds it's way home. He is a phantom speaking a language you cannot understand and his signs are paper petroglyphs of a deranged ancient semi-civilized society. Ignore him. At least he hasn't flashed anyone yet ... right?

No idea what that means, other than I personally have never hit a ball anywhere near either of those houses, and I never suggested anyone move. On the other hand I’ve never run out of my house ranting and raving about a ball in my yard. So direct those comments elsewhere
