A lot of stores and retail are in (or should I say “on”) 44s future.

Where are they going to find their female staff?

Na, don’t be a boob! This is what rich investors do so they can walk away and start new with someone else’s treasure chest 😅

Default Staff

Overload of Villagers applying for waitstaff. They have decided to give the Dorito test.

Place a Dorito on your left chest. Hold it there for 1 minute. If it doesn't fall to the floor you will be considered.

I haven't visited a Hooters in many years so I don't know if their quality of food and service had slipped significantly. But without question the competition has grown.
Twin Peaks, Tilted Kilt and Wing House to name a few.

I knew a "dancer" named Twin Peaks...Apparently so did the founder of said restaurant.
I would prefer a Buffalo Wild Wings sports bar atmosphere although I have never been to a Hooter's.
I like Trashy...Trashy is almost never dull.

A hooter's restaurant in Thailand is on my bucket list

Default Too little information will hurt you

I don't know where I got the information but the three Hooters that are opening are owned by the original owners of the trademark which still have a carve out agreement with the corporation to allow them to open restaurants in Florida. So fear not the restaurants that are going to be in the village area are not going into bankruptcy and will definitely be developed as restaurants and open for all you old senior citizens to go out and gawk .

I think I read the same article that 3 Hooters are opening. One on 44, one moving into Outback Location, once Outback moves to Trailwinds. But I don’t remember the third location in the bubble.

The quality of staff in the Villages will likely be sagging. But with the proper support I'm sure the breast is yet to come.

Default Hooters

As was previously stated the Hooters coming to the villages is not part that’s in Chapter 11. Chapter 11 will let them get rid of less profitable locations and pay off some debt. Winn Dixie has done it twice and there still around. To the people who say it’s trash and admit never been in one, get a life.

I’m not a big fan of our bankruptcy laws. Hooters will likely reorganize and stay in business by closing old properties and leaving their current creditors to lose their investment. The CEO and a few other vice presidents with large salaries have
“Parachutes” and the employees at the older properties will try and find a job elsewhere. Capitalism at its best.

Worst time to buy. If they do file for bankruptcy stock likely to be worthless.

Would put them as servers but not a great first impression.

HMC Hospitality Group is not the same as Hooters of America
HMC Hospitality Group, which owns the new Hooters coming to The Villages, is a separate entity from Hooters of America that is filing for bankruptcy. HMC is made up of the the original founders of the brand.
