Default Rocket Mortgage buys Redfin

hmmm, sounds like a conflict of interest, trying to take advantage of the current lack of oversight.

Rocket being able to report on sales and history, while selling mortgages?

Increased risk of data manipulation, unlimited free advertising web site, while charging competitors for advertising?

I've always liked Redfin, easy and intuitive to use. However, it and Zillow and others no longer make finding their "Zillow-estimate" of home values easy to find.

I've never been a fan of Rocket Mortgage. I believe they are owned or were spun off by Intuit, the makers of Quicken Tax and Quicken Books tax and small business accounting software.
