Default That awesome feeling

Do you know that awesome feeling when you get into bed, fall right asleep, stay asleep all night and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day?

Yeah, Me Neither!

Fresh Pineapple as a late evening snack is full of melatonin.
Works well for a good night's sleep.

I’m hoping anyone getting up several times a night to pee has been to a urologist. That usually means something is off a bit. Was for me and my wife. And is a common issue.

Just had that type of night, but it is rare. Usually toss and turn an average of 22 times (seen from a Fitbit I wore for a week).

Of course it’s a drug, you just don’t need a prescription for it, it isn’t tested and it isn’t regulated.

As I understand it, melatonin is a natural substance in the brain, and the melatonin pills or gummies treat a deficiency that you may have. In that sense, it is not defined as a drug. Another example are vitamins and mineral supplements that are not called drugs. Relaxium contains melatonin and it is advertised as a non-drug sleep aid.

Yep…if it alters your body chemistry, it’s a drug.
