…and you just believe this add? That’s sad…

I don't believe the ad and I don't use Relaxium. But, I have used melatonin gummies to improve sleep, and they really work. Most other supplements do not work as they claim. If you believed every supplement ad on TV, you would be doing nothing but swallowing pills all day.

I take 2 L-Thiamine (natural enzyme in the body that relaxes you), and 2 magnesium glycinate. Once in a while I will add a melatonin (10 mg) but if I use it too much it gives me a headache. I’ve tried a lot of supplements for sleep and this combination seems to be the only thing that works. I even tried several CBD made for sleep and none worked on me.

L-Thiamine and Magnesium Glycinate come in various mg doses. Saying to take 2 doesn't mean anything without knowing how many mgs is in each tablet.

Yeah, Me Neither!
I wake up about 4 times per night to go to the bathroom. That's been going on for about the last 10 years. I never get into that desirable DEEP REM sleep. So after about 9 hours of imperfect sleep, I wake up feeling NOT refreshed and my brain will be fuzzy for several hours in the morning. I have resisted taking ANY sleeping pills. I stop drinking any liquids after supper and after 6 PM. I had to give up drinking coffee (which I loved) and I now have 1 cup of caffeinated tea in the morning. I can imagine that my poor sleeping habits will SUBTRACT several years from my life. The only thing that seems to help is when I exercise vigorously for a long period, mow the lawn, or work hard in the yard.

That can be corrected with a TURP procedure on your prostate. My husband has had two, the second one being done thoroughly. He can now go longer without peeing than I can!

That is TRULY a gift. Then you can accomplish MUCH MORE than the average person. Thomas Edison was said to sleep for 4 hours, plus some naps.

Yes and we are on a first name basis. He tried a few drugs to slow down by bladder and for now decided to live with it.
