Default How many Boxes when moving with kids?

A good rule of thumb to determine how many large moving boxes you’ll need is:

Step 1 Add the age of each your children together.

Step 2 Then multiply this number by the number of sets grandparents.

Step 3 Multiply this number by the number of rooms that you allow toys to be stored – for example if they can keep toys in their room, the toy room, and your room then that is three.

Step 4 Subtract 1 if a parent has ever stepped on a toy and then threw it across the room in anger.

Step 5 Once you get this number you must divide it in half for every time you have said something like “That’s it! You guys don’t play with these toys we’re getting rid of them.” Now if you never followed through then this doesn’t count. If this number is higher then ten you probably are up to your eyeballs in toys and need to have a garage sale. Good Luck!

Talking Husband's toys

There are never enough boxes for husband's 'toys'. We have to calculate number of trucks for that. and lets not even get into wife's clothes and shoes.
